About Us

Elizabeth Brogan, Esquire founded Brogan Law PLLC due to her passion for fighting for individuals. Clients represented by Ms. Brogan can be confident of not only receiving excellent legal representation but also of having a lawyer that believes in personalized attention for every client in the form of client-centered advocacy.

Ms. Brogan has dedicated her career to standing up for individuals. Prior to opening Brogan Law, she worked as a public defender for over eight years—first in Delaware County and then in Montgomery County. During that time she defended an aggregate of over a thousand cases as a preliminary hearing attorney, a trial attorney and as an appellate attorney.

Ms. Brogan represented a wide range of cases—from very serious felonies to lower level misdemeanors—which resulted in dispositions spanning from non-trial all the way to jury trials involving extensive pre-trial motions. Some examples of the very serious charges Ms. Brogan represented clients for include attempted murder, rape, child sexual abuse, burglary, robbery and aggravated assault.

Ms. Brogan is an excellent litigator due to her extensive courtroom experience. Her strength lies not only in her impressive command of the rules of evidence and criminal procedure but also in her ability to humanize her clients to prosecutors during negotiation and to judges and juries during trial.

While not advocating for her clients in and out of the courtroom, Ms. Brogan lives in Delaware County with her husband, two children and rescue dog named George.
